This South Carolina approved permit course is for all South Carolina citizens who want or need to carry a concealed handgun for their personal or family’s safety. Low Light Handgun
The DES Training Low Light course was development to expose the concealed carry holder to the safe and proper use of the flashlight. Since over 60% of all defensive shootings occur in low, failing or altered light, the effect use of both a handgun and white light is a skill set needed by all shooters.
